Free Blue and Black Printable Letters for Banners
These Free Blue and Black printable letters are great to make a banner for any occasion.
Click on the letter that you would like to download. A new window will pop-up with a PDF version for you to print. If you would like your letters to print smaller you can adjust the percentage before printing in your settings.
>>>Instructions for downloading and/or printing each letter<<<
- Download- Select/click on the letter you wish to download/print- a PDF version (make sure the latest version of Adobe Reader is installed) will open up and you can download/save to your computer or just print.
- Print-I recommend printing on card stock. Here is the one I use, it’s 90lb card stock.
- Cut-Trim off the excess area using scissors .
- Punch- using a hole puncher, punch a hole in each corner- be sure to not get too close to the edge.
- String together – Add a colored ribbon, twine, jute or my favorite- tulle to assemble your banner!

I LOVE these letters and want to take some Aggie themed pictures of my daughter and make a banner. Is there any way to get the letters in a maroon color, or something that would be super cute with the Aggie Football theme??

I love these printables, and can’t wait to use them to design a piece of mantel decor that reads, “It’s A Boy!” for my little sister’s shower that I’m hosting. Thank you for creating them! I plan to use the heart symbol between words…UNLESS you would be able to be extra-awesome and add a black bow tie symbol that I could use instead. I loved your son’s 1st birthday theme, so I checked there, but no luck. 🙂

You bet! I will get it made and email it to you. 🙂

thank you so much for these free printables! I love them! However, the F letter on the blue and black letters is a jpeg file and the others seem to be a pdf file. This makes the F letter print much smaller then the others. How can I get the F to be the full size like the rest??? Thanks so much for your time!

We are using the letters and numbers for a 50th class reunion. Our problem is when we download the number 1, it is bigger than the other numbers that we downloaded, (1967). We just want all the numbers to be the same size.

Dear DIY Swank,
Thank you so much for all your amazing printable downloads! They are my go-to whenever I am creating banners for various occasions. If it’s not too much trouble, can you provide an apostrophe as part of the blue and black banner set?
Thanks again!

Hello! Thank you for the banner letters that we are able to print and make such cute banners. I am a nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit where we take care of a lot of very sick babies. A fellow nurse and I use your blue background letters to decorate the bed spaces for our sick babies. They bring a smile to our babys’ parents in their darkest moments. We were wondering if you could provide the same kind of letters in pink for our baby girls? I cannot emphasize how much it brightens up our unit and makes the parents feel like their babies are loved. People like you make our world a better place. Thank you!
